Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?
Not yet; we are exclusively an online store at the moment.
Is 2nd City open to collaboration, partnership, or sponsorship opportunities?
Very likely. We are happy to hear from you, and are at least interested in considering such possibilities, provided that they are in alignment with our brand. Please send your inquiry to info@2ndcity.co, and we will respond if keen. Thank you!
Why have I not received a tracking code for my order yet?
Not to worry, this is perfectly normal. Every order placed in our store is custom made, therefore a tracking code will not be sent straight away. Please allow 3 to 5 days for us to complete your order. Once your item(s) have been printed, a tracking code will be automatically sent to you. Thank you for your patience.
May I cancel my order?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering). We aim to fulfill each order as soon as we can. If your order has not yet been made or shipped, then we can easily cancel for you. Email us at support@2ndcity.co.
I've made a mistake in the order details (shipping info, size, colour, etc.). What should I do?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering). We aim to fulfill each order as soon as we can. If your order has not yet been made, then we can change the size or colour for you. If your order has not yet been shipped, then we can change the address for you. Email us at support@2ndcity.co.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds if a customer receives the wrong items or a damaged item. In the event that either condition applies to you, please contact us at support@2ndcity.co. We will immediately issue you a refund within 1 to 2 business days.
May I return or exchange an item?
If you are in need of an exchange or a return, please email us at support@2ndcity.co in order to confirm the next appropriate action.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the original purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or a return. Exchanges for a new size can be made once upon request. Returns or refunds can only be issued if you received wrong or damaged items.
To be eligible for an exchange or a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. If you are granted a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that all orders of sale items are final.
What if I received a tracking code, but my order never arrived?
If you see a "delivery exception" on your tracking code, then your local post office may be behind on shipments. Please allow 1 to 3 days to pass beyond the expected delivery date. At that point, if your shipment is still unaccounted for, please contact your local post office. They should be able to trace your order. If these extra measures do not offer you a resolution, email us at support@2ndcity.co, and we shall investigate ourselves and then correct the situation for you.
